The Preview Channel™

Short Snackable Entertainment Content on Your Mobile Phone

We are excited to be able to offer our mobile consumers access to popular new and archival movie and video game content in an on-demand, easily digestible format on their portable devices”

— William Sager, C.E.O, Chairman and Founder

NEW YORK CITY, NY, UNITED STATES, July 25, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Preview Channel™ (TPC) will introduce a new video streaming app by the end of 2019 which will offer morning and evening original blocks of short form programming centered on movie and video game trailers featuring top box office stars and blockbuster franchises.

The trailers and thematic blocks of movie and videogame related content will run between two and six minutes in length and air seven days a week. The application will be algorithmically compiled by its partner, XUMO TV. It will be ad-supported and 100% free to consumers.

“We are excited to be able to offer our mobile consumers access to popular new and archival movie and video game content in an on-demand, easily digestible format on their portable devices,” said William Sager, The Preview Channel™’s founder and CEO. The Preview Channel has a library of over 200,000 trailers and short form programs including the highly sought after and compelling behind-the-scenes Hollywood footage.

The Preview Channel™, which reaches over 60 million viewers across its multiple platforms, expects the App to particularly be favored by millennials. Research firm EMarketer estimates that 94% of millennials are smartphone users, a key demographic.

Traditional networks have increasingly sought new ways to reach audiences as the amount of time spent on mobile devices, including smartphones, outpaces time dedicated to consuming conventional TV.

According to EMarketer, adults in the United States will spend an average of three hours and 43 minutes each day on their smartphones, feature phones and tablets this year; eight more minutes than they’ll spend watching TV. “Millennials are hungry for smart, fun content that’s relevant to them – and movies and video games couldn’t be more culturally on point,” said Sager. “With The Preview Channel™ we’ll be able to meet that demand in a new style and format that works for them.”

ABOUT THE PREVIEW CHANNEL:

The Preview Channel™ is a 24/7 advertiser supported linear channel as well as an AVOD channel that features and premieres first run movie and video game trailers, most of them well in advance of their theatrical release and retail distribution for fans worldwide. The channel provides its affiliates and consumers a constantly refreshing stream of high production value content featuring productions from the biggest film directors and game designers with the most recognizable movie stars in the world. It is available on Xumo and Samsung Smart TV's encompassing the following brands and manufacturers: Sony, LG, HiSense, LG, Panasonic, Funai, Vizio, Sanyo, Sharp, Magnavox and Phillips. Also available at GooglePlay, Apple Store, Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, T-Mobile PCS 'Metro Play', TiVo (set-top), Comcast Infinity and will be launched in France, Germany, Spain, the UK, Brazil and Italy later this year.

ZOOMAWAY AND TIERITUP PEN LETTER OF INTENT

Company Logo

Zoomaway Travel Inc. (TSX:ZMA)

RENO, NEVADA, UNITED STATES, July 24, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — NOT FOR DISSEMINATION OR RELEASE IN THE UNITED STATES
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE IN CANADA

ZOOMAWAY AND TIERITUP PEN LETTER OF INTENT

NEWS RELEASE TSXV: ZMA

ZoomAway Travel Inc. (TSXV: ZMA) (the “Company”) www.zoomaway.com, an innovator in the hospitality technology sector, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non binding Letter of Intent (LOI) as of July 23, 2019, with Tieritup Inc, creators of the Tripsee Travel Platform (www.tripsee.travel). The agreement sets forth the basic preliminary terms regarding the acquisition of the normal business activities and source code of Tripsee.Travel’s hospitality technology, reservation and concierge services and allows for ZoomAway to begin its due diligence. The two companies have agreed to work rapidly towards a mutually beneficial definitive agreement. As a result, Zoomaway expects to acquire all of Tripsee’s digital assets. Although an exact timeline has not been established, the sellers would like the transaction to be concluded quickly. Tieritup will receive ZoomAway Travel shares (amount yet to be determined) in exchange. A formal agreement will need to be submitted and approved by the TSX before such a deal can be closed which will be announced in a later press release.

The assets of the proposed acquisition include: A SMS-based (text messaging) communications platform that allows lodging properties to communicate with guests before, during and after each stay. A fully automated concierge program that allows consumers to: ask questions and get automated answers via text message, make reservations with offsite activity vendors, Alexa™ integration allowing consumers to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to perform certain functions in room or off site. Also included is an event registration platform that augments the existing ZoomEvents platform. However, Tripsee’s platform is a more robust customer onboarding platform that allows: improved self service for events, a full itinerary building service that enables before and after updates, complete real time itinerary editing and social sharing of customized itineraries.

Sean Schaeffer, CEO of Zoomaway Travel, stated, “The creators of Tripsee.Travel are incredible programmers who have created a great set of tools. They only lacked the capital to truly market and sell these products. This tech stack has potential in both the ZoomAway legacy products and our newly developed flagship product, ZoomedOUT. I believe these pieces will enhance our Event Registration software and could improve our current cash flow products. I am excited to try to close this deal as soon as possible.”

Raymond Martinez, Co-Founder of Tieritup Inc. stated, “Working in the games industry for the past couple of years I’ve seen a bunch of different game concepts. ZoomedOUT is one of the more unique games I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. Using TripSee’s infrastructure to help fortify this great idea will allow ZoomedOUT to carry on the Tripsee legacy.”

Ancient Resource Auctions' online auction, August 3rd, features ancient and ethnographic antiquities, fossils and more

Egyptian panel from the lid of a sarcophagus, dating to the Late Period (circa 664-332 BC), 33 ½ inches long, formerly in the collection of the late actor Larry Hagman (est. $12,000-$20,000).

Large Archaic Greek stone head of a Kouros from the 6th century BC, with large, almond shaped eyes and hair in long curled locks, 19 inches tall by 14 inches wide (est. $18,000-$25,000).

Remarkably well-preserved fossil skull of a wild boar from South Central Europe, dating back circa 8,500-16,500 years, to the Late Pleistocene or Mesolithic period (est. $15,000-$25,000).

Actual papyrus page from an ancient Book of the Dead (Late Period to Ptolemaic, circa 664-30 BC), from a chapter between 64-129, 36 inches by 11 inches (est. $12,000-$20,000).

Greek Lucanian red-figure skyphos (deep, cup-shaped vessel with a pair of horizontal handles to the rim), possibly from the Intermediate Group (circa 400-375 BC) (est. $6,000-$9,000).

The auction is packed with authentic, ancient Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Near Eastern, Islamic, Byzantine and Pre-Columbian antiquities and ethnographic items.

We’re featuring an incredible selection of antiquities from a wide variety of cultures. In addition, we have a fantastic selection of fossils we’re excited to be offering.”

— Gabriel Vandervort

MONTROSE, CA, UNITED STATES, July 23, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Ancient Resource Auctions’ online-only Exceptional Summer Antiquities Auction on Saturday, August 3rd, is packed with over 380 lots of authentic, well-provenanced ancient Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Near Eastern, Islamic, Byzantine and Pre-Columbian antiquities and ethnographic items, including a selection of natural history and fossils.

The auction will start promptly at 9 am Pacific time. “We’re featuring an incredible selection of antiquities from a wide variety of cultures,” said Gabriel Vandervort of Ancient Resource Auctions. “In addition, we have a fantastic selection of fossils we’re excited to be offering. Buyers are bound to get wonderful pieces at really great prices.”

All lots may be viewed and bid on now, via Ancient Resource Auctions’ bidding platform, at bid.AncientResourceAuctions.com, and on its bidding apps for both Android and Apple devices. Bidding is available on Invaluable.com and LiveAuctioneers.com. The link to LiveAuctioneers is https://www.liveauctioneers.com/catalog/145976_a77-exceptional-summer-antiquities-sale/.

Several pieces are expected to vie for top lot of the auction. One is a beautiful Egyptian panel from the lid of a sarcophagus, dating to the Late Period (circa 664-332 BC). The 33 ½ inch tall panel, formerly in the collection of the late actor Larry Hagman, is fashioned from wood panels, with the “mummy mask” still attached and the headdress still in place (est. $12,000-$20,000).

A fantastic, large Archaic Greek stone head of a Kouros from the 6th century BC, with large, almond shaped eyes and hair in long curled locks, has a pre-sale estimate of $18,000-$25,000. The head is 19 inches tall by 14 inches wide and comes with a large custom base. It was formerly in the collection of Dr. Elie Borowski and was exhibited in the Getty Villa in the early 1970s.

An actual papyrus page from an ancient Book of the Dead (Late Period to Ptolemaic, circa 664-30 BC), from a chapter between 64-129, should command $12,000-$20,000. The 36 inch long by 11 inch tall page boasts lovely vignettes. At the center is a Kheper (scarab beetle), with the wings, feet and tail of a falcon, surmounted by a solar disc. The page is housed in a rectangular frame.

The lovely Roman marble head of a woman from the Julio-Claudian Period (circa early 1st century BC), attached to a contemporary marble base and with an overall height of 15 ¾ inches, has an estimate of $9,000-$12,000. The bust could be that of Empress Livia Drusilla, the wife of Augustus, mother of Tiberius, grandmother of Claudius and the great-grandmother of Caligula.

A wonderful Etruscan female votive head from the 4th century BC, 9 ¼ inches in height, should garner $7,000-$15,000. The head boasts extremely well-defined and stylish features; she’s wearing earrings and her hair is styled back in waves below a diadem and rolled at the nape of the neck. It’s a superior example of the Etruscan’s mastery of the arts, on a custom wood base.

A marvelous ancient Greek Lucanian red-figure skyphos (deep, cup-shaped vessel with a pair of horizontal handles to the rim and having deeply vertical sides), possibly from the Intermediate Group (circa 400-375 BC), has a pre-sale estimate of $6,000-$9,000. The 7-inch-tall skyphos is nicely painted with a woman in a dress on one side apparently chasing a young man on the other.

A large Byzantine double-spouted bronze lamp on a flared pedestal foot, from circa the 6th or 7th century AD, 9 ¾ inches tall, is expected to finish at $10,000-$15,000. The body is elegant and rounded, having long nozzles with flaring tips. A lion and a panther adorn the nozzles, each flanked by suspension loops. It’s a lovely lamp, with well-preserved brown patinated surfaces.

A rare and remarkably well-preserved fossil skull of a wild boar from South Central Europe, dating back circa 8,500-16,500 years, to the Late Pleistocene or Mesolithic period, is expected to bring $15,000-$25,000. The 12 ¼ inch long skull and lower jaw are in impeccable condition. The jaw retains all its molars and pre-molars, the original tusks and three of the original six incisors.

An exceedingly rare Taino wooden zemi (sculptural object said to house a spirit), circa 1000-1500 AD, fashioned from lignum vitae (a member of the creosote tree family and thus resistant to decay and insects), has an estimate of $1,200-$1,800. This may be the only wooden zemi known. The gaping mouth suggests a tribute to Yucahu, the primary god of growing and fertility.

In addition to live and internet bidding, phone and absentee bids will be accepted. When bidding this way, a 19.5 percent buyer’s premium will apply, versus a 24.5 percent when bidding online via LiveAuctioneers.com or Invaluable.com, and 20 percent via the Ancient Resource Auctions bidding platform and app. Previews are by appointment only; to schedule one call 818-425-9633.

Ancient Resource Auctions is one of the few specialized auction houses that makes genuine ancient artifacts available to its worldwide client base at reasonable prices. “We are a small operation with a passion and dedication for ancient history,” Gabriel Vandervort commented. “My partners and I have many decades of combined experience working with these fine items.”

Ancient Resource Auctions is always seeking quality ancient art and antiquities for future auctions. To inquire about consigning one piece or an entire collection, you may call 818-425-9633 or send an e-mail to ancientresourceauctions@yahoo.com. All inquiries are confidential.

Lovely Chinese Qing dynasty robin's egg blue vase brings $50,000 at Bruneau & Co.'s July 13th auction in Cranston, R.I.

Fine Chinese Qing dynasty vase, 12 ¾ inches tall, potted bulbous baluster form with corseted quatrefoil neck and rim and finished in a mottled robin’s egg blue glaze ($50,000).

Circa 1939 Coca-Cola salesman’s sample ice chest cooler in the original paint, including advertising booklets; displays very well and is in all-original condition ($2,250).

Expressionist painting by Hunt Slonem (N.Y./Me./La., b. 1951), titled White Sulphur and depicting white butterflies over a powder blue background, artist signed ($10,000).

Hand-drawn and colored 1808 map of the Georgia territories by Daniel Sturges, executed for Bohl Bohlers, with a 63,000-acre land deed issued to Mr. Bohlers in 1775 ($5,938).

Tiffany & Company Swiss-made 14kt gold lady’s watch with a white Roman numeral dial, housed in a simple, circular 14kt yellow gold bezel with a chain link band ($2,125).

The auction was headlined by the single-owner collection of Russell Buteau of Millville, Mass. – a lifelong collector of Coca-Cola items and antiques.

When first looking at the robin’s egg blue vase, we were unsure of how much the drilled bottom would affect the value. But in the end it didn’t really matter. It was a strong auction overall.

CRANSTON, R.I., UNITED STATES, July 22, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — A gorgeous Chinese Qing dynasty robin’s egg blue vase, 12 ¾ inches tall, soared to $50,000 to take top lot honors at an Antiques, Collectibles & Fine Art Auction held July 13th by Bruneau & Co. Auctioneers, online and in the Cranston gallery at 63 Fourth Avenue. Just over 400 lots came up for bid in the sale that was highlighted by Asian arts and Coca-Cola.

The Chinese robin’s egg blue vase was potted bulbous baluster form having a corseted quatrefoil neck and rim with archaic handles and finished in a mottled robin’s egg blue glaze on a finely ground foot. The high-quality piece of porcelain bore a Qing dynasty mark to the underside and had been drilled, showing some minor kiln pitting. That didn’t deter bidders eager to claim it.

“The beauty of Asian arts is when two collectors fall in love you never know what the price will be,” said Kevin Bruneau, the president of Bruneau & Co. Auctioneers. “When first looking at the robin’s egg blue vase, we were unsure of how much the drilled bottom would affect the value. But in the end it didn’t really matter.” He added, “It was a strong auction overall and a fun time.”

Another Chinese vase – a Qing dynasty blue and white porcelain example, made circa 1909-1912 with the underside bearing a Xuantong six-character mark – changed hands for $10,000. The 15 ¼ inch tall vase was globular form, with an elongated and corseted neck decorated with an allover lotus flower and tendril pattern having a foliate motif. It, too, had minor kiln pitting.

The auction was headlined by the single-owner collection of Russell Buteau of Millville, Mass. – a lifelong collector of Coca-Cola items and antiques for over 40 years. The first 136 lots in the auction were from Mr. Buteau’s collection, which included Coca-Cola machines, coolers from numerous brands, over a dozen advertising clocks, and tin, porcelain and paper advertising signs.

Coca-Cola is Mr. Buteau’s specialty and one lot that attracted intense bidder interest was a circa 1939 Coca-Cola salesman’s sample ice chest cooler in the original paint, including advertising booklets. The metal chest, 9 ¾ inches tall and 12 ¼ inches by 7 ¼ inches, displayed very well and was in all-original condition, with just some light paint wear. It changed hands for $2,250.

“It was an honor to handle the collection of a long-term family friend,” said Travis Landry, a Bruneau & Co. specialist and auctioneer who’s known Mr. Buteau since his first job working at a local auction house when he was 13 years old. He added, “Plus the rare stuff did perform. I felt the results were strong for items such as the salesman sample cooler and the Vendo 44 machine.”

The auction also featured a large array of European furniture, art glass, porcelains, fine paintings (featuring artists such as Hunt Slonem and Charles Henry Gifford), bronzes and other sculptures, chandeliers and lighting, plus a robust selection of fresh estate jewelry.

Following are additional highlights from the auction. Internet bidding was facilitated by bidLIVE.Bruneauandco.com, LiveAuctioneers.com, Bidsquare.com and Invaluable.com, as well as the mobile app “Bruneau & Co.” on iTunes or GooglePlay. Telephone and absentee bids were also accepted. All prices quoted in this report are inclusive of a sliding scale buyer’s premium.

An expressionist painting by Hunt Slonem (N.Y./Me./La., b. 1951), titled White Sulphur (1988), depicting white butterflies over a powder blue background, went for $10,000. The painting was executed using Slonem’s signature sgraffito technique and was housed in a 40 inch by 40 inch frame. It was signed (“Hunt Slonem”), and titled and dated on verso. In May, Bruneau & Co. sold a painting by Slonem, titled Butterfly’s (2003). It was the sale’s top lot, realizing $15,000.

A rare, hand-drawn and colored map of the Georgia territories by Daniel Sturges, dated 1808 and executed for a client, Mr. Bohl Bohlers, gaveled for $5,938. Included in the lot was the original 63,000-acre land deed issued to Mr. Bohlers in 1775 and over ten letters of correspondence, including one that appeared to be from Sturges’s friend Andrew Jackson before he was president. The map, measuring 16 ¾ inches by 21 ¼ inches, was in a remarkably fine state of preservation.

A pitcher and two tumblers from the Dugan Glass Company (Pa., circa 1907), comprising a ruffled rim water pitcher with applied handle and two tumblers, all in a swastika pattern and opalescent green, fetched $1,750. Both tumblers had minor flecks to the rim; the pitcher was in overall good condition. The swastikas were embedded in the pattern in a muted, non-Nazi way.

A Tiffany & Company Swiss-made 14kt gold lady’s watch with a white Roman numeral dial, housed in a simple, circular 14kt yellow gold bezel with a chain link band fastened with a ladder clasp, slipped onto a new wrist for $2,125. The 7-inch-long watch was marked “Tiffany & Co.” on the face and “Tiffany & Co. 14K Swiss Water Resistant” on the inside of the watch’s clasp.

A six-piece Oceanic carving group from the South Pacific (20th century) featuring a pair of wood divination plates, a wood mortar, a wood page turner, a figural dolphin with mother of pearl and a figural whale with mother of pearl, sold as one lot for $2,000. The whale was 18 ¾ inches long and the dolphin was 16 ¼ inches long. All pieces were made from wood and mother of pearl.

Bruneau & Co.’s next major event will be an Estate Antiques & Fine Art Auction, August 17th.

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, July 22, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — The military-grade surveillance technology firm HD Mask has just launched a new generation of its massively successful HD Mask security camera. The new camera, named HD Mask Noir, is the most sensitive and discreet security camera of its kind.

The HD Mask Noir is an invisible security camera that looks just like a USB charger (and it functions as one too). Pocket-sized and battery-free, HD Mask Noir plugs into any power outlet and records 1080p HD video 24/7. The device is WiFi compatible, so video feeds are streamable and saveable from anywhere on Earth via the HD Mask mobile app. And if the internet cuts out, HD Mask Noir will continue to record on its 64GB of internal storage.

The technology behind the HD Mask Noir was originally available only to buyers in the security sector, but now, backers on the crowdfunding site Indiegogo have the opportunity to use this military-grade technology in their homes and offices.

The original HD Mask camera sold thousands of units worldwide, and the HD Mask Noir shares many of its features including its compact size, HD video, internal storage, WiFi connectivity, and motion detection. But the HD Mask Noir goes much further, packing massive upgrades and new features into the same 1.5-inch camera. HD Mask Noir is now available for pre-order on Indiegogo – at the current pre-order price, it costs even less than the original HD Mask Camera.

“The HD Mask Noir really improves on our original HD Mask camera in every way,” says founder of HD Mask. “We’ve doubled the storage, improved video quality, improved night vision for much better clarity at night, included smarter motion detection, and we’ve even upgraded the USB charger to power your devices faster. The HD Mask Noir has a much-improved HD camera, greater storage capacity, and a better charger, but it also boasts an improved processor to make all of its functions quicker and smoother. This is coupled with stronger wireless connectivity to ensure that users can stream in real time even when cameras are placed in basements, closets, or closed compartments where valuables are stored.

Noir has a 75˚ wide-angle lens, so a single camera can shoot an entire room. The HD Mask app allows for the monitoring of multiple cameras at once, so users can put a camera in each room and use their smartphone as a digital control station. Up to four feeds can be viewed simultaneously on the app.

HD Mask Noir has a microphone for audio capture, making it perfect for recording discussions with clients at the office or making sure the teens are staying safe at home. Noir can capture clear audio from conversations at normal volume from up to 10 feet away.

HD Mask Noir is perfect for homes, offices, nursing homes, and hotel rooms. It’s small enough to fit in a pocket or a purse, and it needs no batteries or wires to function. Just plug it in and it will start recording instantly.

About HD Mask

HD Mask was formed by a group of contractors and security specialists from around the globe. After working on private projects for use within the security industry and by government bodies, they decided they wanted to bring that same technology to those who needed it most—families, the elderly, renters, and travelers. These people can’t afford expensive security systems, and this makes them common targets.

HD Mask unveiled its first security solution, the HD Mask surveillance camera, in 2017. It merged affordability, discretion, high technology, and portability into one package. No subscriptions, no fees, no wires, no batteries—just a one-time payment for a lifetime of security.

In 2019, HD Mask announced the next generation of its flagship device: the HD Mask Noir. By improving on the original design in every way, HD Mask has maintained its dedication to putting the power of surveillance and home security into the hands of the people.
